A balanced voice

I’m Jennifer LePla and I’m a State Representative Candidate for Carroll County’s District 2. I’m an independent thinker who aligns with protecting individual freedoms which means I’m a Republican.

NH’s tourism ads called us in 2016 and after searching for the perfect home, we choose Sandwich in 2017. I quickly learned that politics in NH are a passion. Hard Democrat Party line thinking and shaming to the point of malicious gossip and hateful commentary just because I countered with clear, well researched Republican views became the expected norm, yet I persisted. Covid 19 opened my eyes to how one’s party affiliation over common medical sense could wreak havoc on society.

Covid 19 began my journey to become very active in the political arena. My current roles are with the Carroll County Republican Committee and President of the Lakes Region Federated Republican Women.

Freedom. As we celebrate the 4th of July, I’m humbled with the reminder of what the brave men and women did to create this country and NH’s vital role. The spirit of independence continues to run strong. Home of the free because of the brave in the Live Free or Die state.

As your representative, I want to bring a balanced, respected voice to Concord. I want our district to have a seat at the table so our collective voice can be heard. I want to engage with each of you on matters of importance. I may personally make a different choice however as a Representative, I will be OUR voice. I will protect your rights to decide what you choose and defend the freedoms that were fought for, so we can live freely today.
